Baysbrown Farm Campsite

Baysbrown Farm Campsite is located in the village of Chapel Stile at the entrance to the stunning Great Langdale Valley in the heart of the English Lake District. Local amenities are a 5 minute walk away in the village, these include the Langdale Co-op, Brambles Cafe and Wainrights Inn. The Britannia Inn in Elterwater and The New Dungeon Ghyll, Sticklebarn Tavern and Old Dungeon Ghyll are a 20 minute walk away. You can also take a lovely 40 minute stroll along the river, through the meadows to the well-known Chesters by the River Cafe and Shop.

Our basic facilities include showers, toilets, a washing up room and drinking water. We also have a waste/recycling point. Small campervans and motorhomes are welcome but a narrow entrance with a hump bridge makes anything larger impossible. There is no hard standing or electric hook-up.
